Half an hour of fiddling later, we were able to get on to the serious business of installing the full system in the case. The 343 really is a dream to work with - it's big, it comes with lots of thumbscrews and there are zero sharp edges. The dual PSU bay is thoughtfully arranged with plenty of space to stuff the spare cables underneath and to the side, out of view.
Installing fans with grommets is a good idea - it cuts down on vibration. As we suspected, the case starts to look pretty pimp when you're installing even DVD drives with shiny alu thumbscrews. You can also see from this shot that the front fascia of the case pulls off,
a la PC60, to allow you access to the drive bay blanking plates.
Unfortunately, since our Thor didn't come with a hard drive cage, our poor drive was left with nowhere to sit! Be sure to order one for your Thor, or else leave your HDD rattling around like a washed up rock star. Thankfully, we were having better luck with the dual PSU plate, installing our second, modular PSU to power a few choice components.
